Welcome to Sealed With Style. These Terms of Service explain how our application works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. We've written them in plain language because you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand what you're buying.

Sealed With Style is a product of Moment Saved LLC.

Our Service

Sealed With Style is a web application that takes your guest list, applies traditional addressing etiquette, and produces a print-ready PDF you can print on your own printer or take to a print shop. We sell digital files — we do not print, stuff, or mail your envelopes for you. Please review your PDF carefully before printing your full order.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email hello@sealedwithstyle.com right away.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use Sealed With Style.

Your guest list

The names and addresses you upload belong to you. We use your information only to format your envelopes, maintain your address book, and make future celebrations easier. We never sell your guest data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing. You can delete your guest lists and celebrations from your account at any time.

Payment

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout. The PDF becomes available immediately after a successful payment.

Updates and re-downloads

After your purchase, your order stays available in your account.

Your original PDF is available to re-download at any time from My Celebrations at no charge. Changes to your guest list — including adding, removing, or editing guests — are free within 30 days of your original purchase. After 30 days, a $5 update fee applies to generate a revised PDF. Each new celebration is a separate $25 purchase.

Refunds and satisfaction

Because each order generates a custom digital file, all sales are final once the PDF has been generated. If something isn't right with your order — a formatting issue, a problem with the file, or anything else — email hello@sealedwithstyle.com within 7 days and we'll work with you to correct the issue or provide a refund when appropriate under our Refund Policy. Acceptable use

Please don't upload guest lists you don't have permission to use, send threatening or unlawful correspondence, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the application to harvest contact data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

The Sealed With Style brand, the Seal of Confidence™ mark, the website, and the underlying software are owned by Moment Saved LLC. The PDF we generate from your guest list is yours to print and use however you like for your own correspondence. You retain ownership of the names, addresses, and other information you upload.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the application running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or temporarily pause features as we improve the product.

Accuracy of information

While Sealed With Style applies traditional etiquette rules and formatting automatically, no automated system can account for every family preference or special circumstance. Please review your PDF carefully before printing your envelopes to ensure names, titles, and addresses appear exactly as you intend.

Limitation of liability

Sealed With Style is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — for example, if an error goes unnoticed before printing, we aren't responsible for costs such as postage or reprinting. Please print a single test envelope before printing your full order. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email when appropriate.

Our Promise

We built Sealed With Style to remove the stress from addressing envelopes while honoring traditional etiquette.

If something doesn't look right, please let us know. We care deeply about getting it right, and we'll always do our best to help.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
