Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident pressing "Print." Here's how we handle refunds and corrections.

Sealed With Style is a product of Moment Saved LLC.

The short version

Sealed With Style sells digital files. Because the PDF is generated the moment you check out, all sales are technically final. But if something is wrong with your order, email hello@sealedwithstyle.com within 7 days and we'll make it right by regenerating your PDF at no additional charge or, if we can't resolve the issue, by issuing a refund.

What "make it right" means

We will regenerate your PDF at no additional charge if:

  • The PDF won't open or is corrupted.
  • An etiquette rule didn't apply the way the app described it.
  • A formatting bug affected the output (wrong font, clipped text, misaligned addresses).
  • You spot a typo in our standard abbreviations or mailing address formatting.

What's not covered

We can't refund:

  • Typos in the guest data you uploaded.
  • A change of mind after the PDF has been downloaded.
  • Printing problems caused by your printer, paper choice, or print shop.
  • Postage spent on returned mail.

Please always print one test envelope first. It can save an entire stack of beautiful envelopes and give you peace of mind.

How to request a correction or refund

Email hello@sealedwithstyle.com with your order email and a short description of what went wrong. A screenshot is helpful but not required. We typically respond within five business days, and often much sooner.

Approved refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days.
