If your message is about a specific order, the more we know up front the faster we can help:

• The approximate date of your order
• A short description of what you're seeing
• A screenshot if something looks wrong on screen

Response time

We typically respond within five business days, and often much sooner. If you're up against a mailing deadline, say so in the subject line and we'll move it to the top of the stack.
