Privacy Policy

Sealed With Style was built by one person who genuinely cares how your family's information is treated. Here's what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how you can have it removed.

Sealed With Style is a product of Moment Saved LLC.

What we collect

When you use Sealed With Style, we store:

• Your account information — the email address you sign up with and a hashed password (or your Google sign-in identifier).
• Your guest list — the names, addresses, and titles you upload or enter manually, plus any household structure you've set up (couples, children, surname rules).
• Your event settings — style choices, return address, and per-event preferences.
• Your orders — what you bought, when, and the generated PDF, so you can re-download it later from "My Celebrations."
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and standard server logs to keep the service running and secure.

What we don't do

We do not sell your guest data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or partners. We do not use the names and addresses on your list to market anything to those people. Your guest list is for your envelopes. Full stop.

How long we keep it

Your account data and address book are kept as long as your account is active so the same guest list is available for next year's holiday cards. Past orders and generated PDFs are kept for at least 12 months after purchase, and longer while your account remains active unless you choose to delete them.

You can delete individual households from your address book at any time from within the app. To delete your entire account and everything in it, email hello@sealedwithstyle.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Who processes your data for us

We use a small number of trusted services to operate the application:

• Hosting & database — Lovable Cloud (Supabase), which stores your account and guest data.
• Payments — Stripe processes your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Email — Transactional emails, including order confirmations and account notifications, are sent from our own domain through a trusted email provider.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices and processes data only on our behalf.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Security

Keeping your information secure is important to us. We use industry-standard security practices and trusted service providers to help protect your account and your guest data. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we work hard to keep your information safe.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sealedwithstyle.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Sealed With Style is intended for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify you by email when appropriate.
